Delete your vorClinic account

A vorClinic account belongs to a clinic: the doctor account, any reception accounts, the clinic's synced records and its attachments on the vorClinic server.

Delete individual records

In the app, the doctor can delete any patient or visit at any time (Patient file → Delete). Deletions sync to all the clinic's devices and to the server. Reception accounts can be removed by the doctor in Settings.

Delete the whole clinic account

1. Send an email to info@vorelyon.com with the subject "vorClinic account deletion".
2. Send it from the email address of the doctor account, and include the clinic name and the doctor's login.
3. We confirm the request with you, then delete the clinic, its user accounts, licence devices, synced records and attachments from the server within 30 days. Encrypted backups expire after 14 days.

Before deleting, you can export patients and medicines to CSV from Settings in the app. Data stored on your own devices is removed when you uninstall the app.

Data kept after deletion: invoices and payment records required by Dutch tax law (7 years). No patient data is kept.
